We work with you to conceptualise, create and deliver artist spotlights, advertisement and event coverage to short films, proof of concepts and larger scale productions.

We founded Sapphic Flicks with the intention of working with our communities, to tell our stories.

Our specialty is community engagement storytelling; ensuring everyone has a voice at the table, relevant cultural practices are observed and that the final product is for the community by the community.

We believe there is no idea too small that deserves any less care and attention. We bring film industry level skills and proper cultural processes to every step of the process from page to screen.

Sapphic Flicks uses an industry standard camera package, sound kit and edit suite.

We shoot on a Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K and a Blackmagic URSA Mini 4.6K with a Samyang prime lens kit.

We have a professional edit suite and are able to cut, colour and mix your story in house. 

Our sound kit and small lighting package adds professional sound and beautiful vision. 

Sapphic Flicks is also able to livestream your events, performances and more with our Blackmagic design ATEM mini.

We work with you to source the best equipment and team for your story to spring to life from page to screen. We also work with rental houses to source the best camera for your story depending on your project and budget.
